15 mm Shoulder base plate to convert the Sony PXW-FS7, PXW-FS7 II & PXW-FX9 into a shoulder mounted camera. The shoulder base plate features an magnetic rubber shoulder pad, one standard rosette on the left side and 15 mm integrated front and rear rails, to mount any 15 mm rail accessories. Furthermore, a VCT-14 adjustment tool is integrated in the back of the base plate, for a steady adjustment between the base plate and the VCT-14 style quick release plate.

The shoulder base plate provides comfortable and steady shooting. It can be mounted to VCT style plates, by mounting the included 'separate dovetail plate' (0350-1010), or to any third party tripod plate, by mounting the included 'separate flat base plate' (0350-1020). By using any of these two included plates, you can swap the PXW-FS7/PXW-FS7 II from shoulder to tripod in just a second. The weight of the shoulder base plate (only 600 grams, without bars) in combination with the flexibility of the adjustable shoulder pad, results in a perfect light weighted, comfortable and balanced solution for your FS7 / FS7 II. This kit includes the separate dovetail plate (0350-1010), separate flat base plate (0350-1020) and two sets of 15 mm bars (183 mm and 235 mm).
